# Review and branding

How Sign in with OSINTverse apps are reviewed, and how to show the sign-in button.

## Testing, then review

A new app is in **Testing**: you and up to ten testers (by email) can sign in, nobody else. When it works, press **Submit for review** on [Dashboard → Developer](https://osintverse.com/dashboard/developer).

Before you submit:

* Add a homepage and a privacy policy (https). Terms are optional.
* Remove `http://localhost` redirect URIs from web and single-page apps. Keep a second app for local work.
* Use your own product's name. Names that look like OSINTverse are refused.

We check that the homepage and policy are real, that the redirect URIs belong to the app, and that the app follows the [Terms](https://osintverse.com/terms). You get an inbox message when the review is done. If we ask for changes, the note shows on your app; fix it and submit again. Testers keep working during review.

While an app is in review or approved, its name, homepage, and logo are locked so people always see what we reviewed. Email [hi@osintverse.com](mailto:hi@osintverse.com) to change them.

## If something goes wrong

We can disable an app that misuses sign-in. Disabling signs everyone out and stops new sign-ins at once.

## The button

Use the label **Sign in with OSINTverse** (or **Continue with OSINTverse**) next to the OSINTverse mark from the [brand kit](https://osintverse.com/assets). Keep the mark in its original greys, square corners, and do not redraw it.
