Credits, billing, and refunds
OSINTverse is prepaid. Add credits in USD, pay per lookup, and get unused balance back within 7 days of a top-up.
There is no subscription. You add credits, and every lookup (a SearchIn search, a GraphIn transform, or an API call) deducts its listed price from the wallet that ran it.
Wallets
- Personal wallet: yours, ready from your first sign-in.
- Team wallet: shared by a team, with shared history and invoices. Switch workspaces from the header to choose which wallet pays. How teams work.
API keys follow the same rule: personal keys bill you, team keys bill the team.
Add credits
Open Billing, enter any amount from $10 to $5,000, and pay through Stripe Checkout. Credits land as soon as the payment clears, and you get a receipt by email with the invoice attached.
What a lookup costs
Every source has a flat price per lookup, shown next to it in SearchIn and before each GraphIn transform. The full list is on Pricing and in the pricing matrix. If your balance is too low, the lookup fails and you are not charged.
Refunds
- Unused balance: within 7 days of a top-up, request the remaining unused amount back from Billing → Recent payments → Refund. That amount is locked while the request is open. Cancel the request and it unlocks.
- A single lookup: if a search from the last 24 hours went wrong, request a credit from Searches with a short reason. A completed lookup that simply found nothing is a valid result and isn't refundable.

Activity lists every charge, top-up, and adjustment with your balance after each one.
