Pricing questions

Do I need a subscription?

No. SearchIn uses prepaid credits. Top up from the dashboard and pay only for the queries you run. Teams share that prepaid wallet — there is no extra seat charge.

Can a team share credits?

Yes. Create a team, invite members, and switch to that workspace. Searches, billing, invoices, and team API keys charge the shared team wallet. Your personal account and personal keys stay separate.

When am I charged?

Balance is reserved when you create a search, from the active workspace wallet. Failed upstream jobs after billing are refunded (status: refunded).

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Remaining unused prepaid balance is refundable within 7 days of your top-up — no questions asked. Request a refund from Billing; we refund what is left on the wallet, not the original top-up if you have already used credits.

How do you handle VAT, GST, and sales tax?

Outside the United States, top-ups use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record and calculates and collects applicable local tax at checkout. Your SearchIn wallet is credited the face-value USD amount you selected — tax is not deducted from credits. US customers use standard Stripe Checkout.

How does LeakRadar pricing work?

A LeakRadar search is $1.00 and unlocks the first 1,000 credentials. Remaining results unlock from the same job at $0.50 per 1,000 — the button shows the leftover count and the exact extra cost.

How does OSINT Industries premium pricing work?

An OSINT Industries search is $0.60 for the basic module scan (including wallet lookups on Crypto). Optional premium modules (Snapchat, TikTok, and similar) add $1.80 on email, username, phone, and name — enable them when you create the search, or run them from the result panel after a basic search completes. Combined, that is $2.40. Premium is not available for wallet (crypto) lookups.

How much does GraphIn cost?

GraphIn access is a one-time $100 per team, not per seat: one unlock covers every member. The first 50 seats are free, and it is fully refundable if it isn't right for you after the follow-up seven days into onboarding. Transforms on the canvas then bill at the same per-lookup prices as SearchIn, from the same wallet.

Are UI and API prices the same?

Yes. Dashboard searches and API searches use the same provider catalog and pricing. Personal keys always bill you; team keys always bill the team. Live rates are also available from GET /v1/providers.
