From the dashboard, name a workspace. You stay on a personal wallet until you switch to it.

Invite by email or link

Owners and admins send invites. Members keep their own OSINTverse login — nothing is merged.

Switch workspace

The header switcher picks personal or a team. Searches, billing, and team keys follow that choice.

Search and top up

Members run queries. Owners and admins top up the shared wallet and manage invoices.

Roles

Members search. Owners and admins run the wallet. That is the whole permission model.

Owner

Full control: invites, billing, API keys, invoices, ownership transfer, and deleting the team.

Admin

Invites, billing, team keys, and invoices. Cannot delete the team or transfer ownership.

Member

Run searches against the team wallet and see team history. Cannot top up, invite, or create keys.

Analyst

Same as member: run searches and view history. Built for investigation desks.

Billing

Top up and invoices only. Cannot run searches or invite members.

Auditor

Export team search audit. Cannot run searches, invite, or change billing.

FAQ

Is there a per-seat charge?

No. Teams share one prepaid wallet. You pay the same per-query rates as a personal account.

Does a team replace my personal account?

No. Your personal wallet, history, and personal API keys stay. A team is an extra workspace you switch into.

Who can top up?

Owners, admins, and billing roles. Members and analysts search against the shared balance but cannot checkout or edit the billing profile. Auditors cannot search or bill.

What if I leave a team?

You go back to your personal wallet. Team API keys created while you were on that workspace still bill the team.

Are UI and API rates the same for a team?

Yes. Dashboard searches and team keys use the same catalog and prices. Switch workspace before you create a key if it should bill the team.
