OSINTverse

For Claude, Cursor, and your own agents

Ask Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor. Get evidence from 17 OSINT sources.

Works in any app that supports MCP. Connect once, and your AI quotes the price, runs breach, WHOIS, people, crypto, and image lookups, and files every result into a Case. You pay per lookup, inside a daily cap you set.

  • Free account, no card
  • Credits never expire
  • Refund unused balance in 7 days
Example: asked about jane.doe@example.com, Claude quotes three email lookups at $1.90, asks you to confirm, runs them, and files the findings into a Case.

New to MCP?

Never used MCP? You need no code and nothing to install

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI apps plug into other services. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, and many more support it. Adding OSINTverse works like adding an app to your phone: paste one link, sign in, and your AI can run OSINT lookups for you.

Watch the setup, step by step (with voiceover)

What you need

  • Claude (web, desktop, or mobile), ChatGPT, Cursor, or another app that supports MCP
  • An OSINTverse account. If you don't have one, you create it free during sign-in
  • Two minutes. No code, no download, no API key

What happens when you connect

  • Your app opens an OSINTverse sign-in window
  • You pick which wallet pays and a daily spend limit
  • Your AI gets the OSINTverse tools and uses them when your question needs them

What it costs to try

  • Nothing. Every new connection starts in sandbox: all tools work on sample data
  • Real lookups only start when you switch the agent to live yourself
  • Live lookups are pay-per-use from your wallet, inside your daily cap

Works in every MCP app

The same URL works everywhere. Only where you paste it changes.

Words you'll see

Connector
What Claude calls an MCP server you added. Other apps say server, plugin, or tool.
Sandbox
Practice mode. Every tool works, results are samples, nothing is charged.
Live
Real lookups on real sources, paid from your wallet.
Quote
The exact price of a lookup before it runs. Quotes are free.
Daily cap
The most an agent can spend in a day. A hard stop.
Case
A folder for one investigation. Your AI files results there.

What to ask

Brief your AI like you'd brief an analyst

Ask in plain language. Your AI picks the sources, shows the price before it spends, and files what it finds. Each brief below also ships as a ready-made prompt.

  • Emailfrom $0.30

“Is jane.doe@example.com in any breaches, and which accounts use it?”

Sources: OSINT Industries · LeakRadar · DeHashed

    Prompt investigate_email

  • Usernamefrom $0.30

“Where else is the handle nightowl_92 registered?”

Sources: OSINT Industries · Predicta Search · Snusbase

    Prompt investigate_username

  • Domainfrom $0.15

“Who registered example.com, and what other domains share their details?”

    Sources: Whoxy · SecurityTrails · Hunter.io

    Prompt investigate_domain

  • Phonefrom $0.10

“Which names and accounts are linked to +1 415 555 0123?”

Sources: OSINT Industries · Predicta Search · IPQualityScore

    Prompt investigate_phone

  • Walletfrom $0.01

“What has this bitcoin wallet done, and is anyone linked to it?”

    Sources: Blockchair · OSINT Industries

    Prompt investigate_wallet

  • Pivot

“Take the emails that breach revealed and check those too.”

Your AI can chain lookups on what it just found. Every new step is quoted first and counts toward the same cap.

Connect

Connected in four steps

One URL works in every app. Pick yours on the right for the exact clicks. People sign in with their OSINTverse account; scripts and servers use an API key.

  1. 1

    Copy the URL

It is the only thing you paste. It is the same for every app.

    https://osintverse.com/mcp
  2. 2

    Add it to your app

Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. ChatGPT: add a custom MCP server. Cursor and VS Code: one click. Claude Code: one command. Any other MCP app: paste the URL where it asks for a server. Exact clicks are in the tabs.

  3. 3

    Sign in and allow

A window opens. Sign in or create a free account, keep the suggested daily cap, and click Allow access. You start in sandbox, so nothing is charged.

  4. 4

    Ask your first question

Paste the prompt below into a new chat. Your AI answers with your wallet, your caps, and "sandbox". That means it works.

    Your first prompt

Use OSINTverse to tell me which account I'm connected as, my daily cap, and whether I'm in sandbox mode.

Ready for real results?

Open Dashboard → API keys → Agents and choose Go live on your agent. Add credit first if your wallet is empty.

  1. 1In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
  2. 2Choose Add custom connector and paste the URL below.
  3. 3Click Connect, sign in to OSINTverse (or create a free account), keep the suggested daily cap, and click Allow access.
  4. 4In a new chat, check OSINTverse is on in the tools menu, then ask Claude to check an email, username, or domain.

Works in claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and the mobile apps. Sign-in opens in a popup.

Stuck?

If something doesn't work

The fixes for what trips people up on their first connection.

I can't find Add custom connector
Custom connectors depend on your Claude plan, and custom MCP servers on your ChatGPT plan. In a Team or Enterprise workspace an owner may need to allow them. Cursor, VS Code, and Claude Code work on any plan.
The sign-in window never opened
Your browser may have blocked the popup. Allow popups for your AI app's site, then click Connect on OSINTverse again.
My AI answers without using OSINTverse
Open the tools menu in the chat box and make sure OSINTverse is switched on for that chat. Starting your question with "Use OSINTverse to…" helps.
My app isn't in the tabs
If it supports remote MCP servers, paste the URL where it asks for one, or use the JSON tab. Apps that only run local servers can connect through a bridge such as mcp-remote.
The results look made up
You are in sandbox, which returns sample data on purpose. Switch the agent to live under Dashboard → API keys → Agents for real results.
A paid lookup was refused
Your wallet is empty or a daily cap was reached. Ask your AI to quote it: the answer says which limit stopped it. Add credit or raise the cap in your dashboard.
I want to disconnect
Remove the connector in your app, or revoke it under Dashboard → API keys → Agents. Either stops it straight away.

Control

Your AI can't spend what you didn't approve

Agents loop and misread instructions. These limits run on our servers, so no prompt can talk its way around them.

  • Starts in sandbox

New connections run every tool on sample data and are never charged. Only you can switch an agent to live, from your dashboard.

  • The price before every charge

Your AI can quote any lookup or batch first: the exact cost, your balance, and whether your caps allow it. Quotes are free.

  • Caps, and a yes for big lookups

One daily cap covers the wallet and each app can have a tighter one. Above an amount you pick, clients that support MCP confirmations wait for your yes.

  • Permissions you choose

Reading, paid lookups, and case edits are separate permissions. Untick any of them when you connect, and revoke an app any time.

  • Every call on record

Your dashboard lists each tool call with its outcome and cost. Refunded lookups come off your cap automatically.

  • Provider data stays data

Results are marked as untrusted, so text planted in a breach record is treated as evidence, not as instructions. Query text never reaches logs or analytics.

Demo

Try it before you create an account

Add the demo URL to your client. It answers with sample results, needs no sign-in, and never charges anything. Signed in, every new connection starts in sandbox too, with cases included.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What is MCP, in plain words?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI apps such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and VS Code use outside services. You add a service once by pasting its URL, and the AI can then call it when your question needs it. OSINTverse's MCP server gives your AI breach, WHOIS, people, crypto, and image lookups, in whichever MCP app you use.

Do I need to code or install anything?

No. In Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and VS Code you paste one URL and sign in. Claude Code takes one command. API keys and JSON config are only for scripts and servers.

What does it cost?

The MCP server is free. Lookups cost the same as in SearchIn and the API, from $0.01, and come out of your prepaid wallet. There is no subscription, credits never expire, and the daily cap ($5 by default) is a hard stop.

Which apps can connect?

Claude on the web, desktop, and mobile, Claude Code, ChatGPT (as a custom MCP server, where your plan allows it), Cursor, VS Code, and any client that supports remote MCP servers. Scripts and the Messages API connect with an API key.

Will my AI spend money without asking?

Not at first: every new connection starts in sandbox mode, where tools return sample data and nothing is charged. Once you switch an agent to live in the dashboard, paid tools are marked as destructive so most clients ask before running them, OSINTverse can ask you to confirm lookups over an amount you pick, and daily caps stay a hard stop.

Can an agent spend my team's wallet?

Only if a member picks the team wallet when connecting, has a role that can search, and stays within the team's provider allowlist, monthly cap, and daily agent cap. Owners and admins see every connected agent and every call.

What can an agent never do?

Delete searches or cases, top up or refund credits, create or revoke API keys, change team settings, or read another workspace. Those stay in the app.

Is what I search stored?

Lookups land in your search history like any other search, so you can reopen them. The agent activity log records only the tool, outcome, and cost, never the query or arguments, and queries never reach analytics.

How do I disconnect an app?

Open Dashboard → API keys → Agents. You'll see every connected app with its cap, spend, and recent calls. Revoke removes the grant, and any access token already issued expires within an hour.

Your first agent lookup is two minutes away

Paste one URL and try every tool in sandbox for free. Go live when you're ready; the account is free and credits never expire.
