Agreement
These terms govern your use of osintverse.com and related services operated by OSINTverse ("we", "us"), including SearchIn, the SearchIn API, investigations, GraphIn, billing, and other products we make available. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
OSINTverse is based at 2093 Philadelphia Pike Suite #7407, Claymont, DE 19703. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar storage are described in our Cookie Policy.
Accounts
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for that email address and for activity on the account. Keep access to the inbox you use for sign-in under your control.
Teams share a workspace wallet. Members act under the team owner's authority. Searches, billing, invoices, and team API keys charge the shared team wallet. Personal accounts and personal keys stay separate.
The service
SearchIn is a prepaid research desk for OSINT lookups through named third-party providers, with investigations (named workspaces that group searches), optional API keys, and related products. SearchIn does not replace a SIEM, threat-intelligence platform, or analyst notebook.
We may add, change, or retire providers, input types, and features. Live prices and coverage are shown in the product and at /pricing.
Credits and billing
There are no subscriptions. You prepaid-top-up a USD credit balance through Stripe. Dashboard searches and API searches use the same rates. Balance is reserved when a search is created, from the active workspace wallet. If the wallet has insufficient funds, the search is rejected and is not charged.
Outside the United States, top-ups use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record and may calculate and collect applicable local tax at checkout. Your SearchIn wallet is credited the face-value USD amount you selected — tax is not deducted from credits. US customers use standard Stripe Checkout.
Refunds
Remaining unused prepaid balance is refundable within 7 days of that top-up. We refund what is left on the wallet, not the original top-up if you have already used credits. Request it from Billing; tickets are reviewed and do not refund Stripe automatically.
If an upstream provider errors or times out after billing, the search is marked refunded and the amount is restored to your wallet automatically.
You may request a search-charge refund for searches from the last 24 hours, with a reason. Completed lookups that returned no provider data are not refundable — the provider had no data for that query. Search-charge tickets are reviewed; they do not auto-refund Stripe.
Acceptable use
Use the platform only for lawful OSINT, investigations, due diligence, and similar research. You must have a lawful basis for the queries you run. You may not use the service for unauthorized access, harassment, identity theft, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose, or to assist others in doing so.
Do not abuse the platform or our providers (including scraping our product, bypassing limits, or sharing access in violation of these terms). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or our vendors at risk.
Third-party data
Queries are sent to named third-party vendors. We do not control their coverage, accuracy, freshness, or retention. Results can be incomplete, stale, or empty. Provider data is not legal advice and is not a guarantee of identity or of any particular finding.
Your content
Cases, notes, share links, and stored results are yours to manage. A share link is accessible to anyone who has the URL. Deleting a case removes memberships on that workspace; search history and charges remain on your activity record.
API
API keys inherit the active workspace wallet and these terms. Keep keys secret. You are responsible for usage on a key, including charges. Revoke keys you no longer need.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that lookups will succeed, that results will be accurate or complete, or that the platform will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSINTverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the unused prepaid balance in the relevant wallet at the time of the claim, or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
