Keep the whole case on one graph
A one-off lookup is rarely the job. Cases are named SearchIn workspaces that collect searches, pivots, and the graph so you can reopen a matter exactly where you left it. No extra fee. Pay only for the queries you run.

- Personal or team
Why cases
SearchIn starts from one identifier and shows everything connected to it. A case is the file on that platform — so the trail is not trapped in a browser tab when the subject goes quiet for a week.
Four steps from a name to a reopenable case
Where you start
Same workspace either way — from the list, or from the search form.
A search vs a case
Use a one-off search for a quick check. Use a case when you expect pivots.

FAQ
Cases, answered
Do cases cost extra?
A SearchIn case is free to create and reopen. You pay the published per-query prices for the lookups you run. A GraphIn case needs GraphIn access: $100 once per team, fully refundable if you do not like the product after the 7-day onboarding follow-up, or free for the first 50 seats. Transforms still bill per query.
What actually gets saved?
Searches and pivots you attach to the case, including multi-provider runs. Deleting a case removes the grouping only — charges and activity stay on your ledger.
How is this different from a one-off search?
A search is a single lookup. A case is the workspace: a name, run history, and a graph you can reopen instead of starting over from browser history.
Can my team share cases?
On a team workspace, cases belong to that team — members can reopen them. Personal cases stay on your personal wallet and are not visible to a team.
Where do I start?
Sign in, then create a case here or choose “New case” when you search. You can also attach a run to an existing case.
Open a case and keep it
Sign in, name the case, and run the first lookup. Every pivot stays on the graph, billed from your personal or team wallet.
