Before you buy
How long until you see results?
Minutes to the first result. The same day for a team. There is no implementation project, because there is nothing to install.
Your first lookup can finish within a few minutes of landing on the site: a magic-link sign-in, a $10 top-up, one search. Most sources return results in the same request. Two sources, OSINT Industries and Facecheck.id, run as background jobs and stream matches as each module finishes, usually within a minute or two.
The timeline from zero
There is no sales cycle, procurement form, or onboarding queue in front of the product. The steps below are what a new investigator actually does.
| Step | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Try the live demo (no account) | Immediate |
| Create an account by magic link | About a minute |
| Top up the wallet in Stripe Checkout | About a minute |
| Run a lookup on a synchronous source | Seconds |
| Run an OSINT Industries or Facecheck.id lookup | Usually one to two minutes, streaming |
| Create a team, invite members, set roles | Same day |
| Create an API key and make the first call | Five minutes with the quick start |
Which sources are instant and which stream
LeakRadar, Predicta Search, DeHashed, Snusbase, Whoxy, WhoisXML, SecurityTrails, Shodan, BuiltWith, Picarta, and LeakOSINTbot typically complete inside the create request. Hunter.io domain search and email finder are usually synchronous too; its email verifier can briefly report running while SMTP checks finish.
OSINT Industries and Facecheck.id are asynchronous by nature. They return a running status straight away and the result fills in as modules complete. In the app you watch matches appear. Over the API you poll about every two seconds or pass wait=True in the Python SDK.
What does not slow you down
The things that usually add days to an OSINT rollout are missing here. There is no vendor vetting for each data source, because OSINTverse already holds those relationships. There is no client to install. There is no per-seat licensing to negotiate before a second analyst can search.
- No per-provider account applications or approval queues
- No desktop client, agents, or browser extensions
- No minimum contract or annual commitment
- No separate pricing for the API; the key works the moment you create it
What can take longer
Honest caveats. A provider that is degraded upstream can push a lookup into a failed state, which refunds you but costs time. Company SSO for a team depends on your identity provider admin registering a redirect URI, which is usually an hour of someone else's day. And results are only as fast as the slowest source you select in a multi-provider pass.

FAQ
Time to results, answered
Do I need to talk to sales first?
No. Create an account, top up, and search. A free 15-minute founder onboarding call is offered inside the welcome wizard if you want a walkthrough, but nothing is gated behind it.
Why is my OSINT Industries search still running?
OSINT Industries scans many modules and streams matches as each one finishes. The job stays in a running state until every module reports. A clean stream end that skipped slow modules still ends as completed.
How fast is the API?
Synchronous providers return the completed result in the POST /v1/search response. Asynchronous ones return a poll URL. Daily rate limits apply per key, and poll requests count toward them.
How long does a team take to set up?
Creating a team, inviting people, and topping up a shared wallet is a same-day job for one owner. Optional SSO, MFA enforcement, provider allowlists, and spend caps live on the Team page and can be turned on later.
